    As a wedding filmmaker, I believe that creativity is the most important ingredient in my work. My name is Ramiro Vargas, and I am a filmmaker and creative director behind every video we create. I am deeply passionate about my craft, and there is nothing more magical to me than the process of turning raw footage into a beautiful, emotional film.

    One of the things I love most about my job is that I get to work alongside my wife, who is my partner in every sense of the word. Together, we bring our passion for films and commitment to every wedding we take on. WEDDING COVERAGE
 Our start and end time of filming. We can customize how many hours you will need for each event and understand that there will be breaks within the celebrations.

SOCIAL MEDIA TRAILER:
Little sneak peek into your big day to be delivered within 1-2 weeks after your wedding. (30 to 60 seconds for Instagram/Facebook). Great for sharing in social media.

FEATURE FILM:
This is the Cinematic take of your wedding featuring the most important parts of your celebration. All films are customized to your liking based on our wedding film consultation. We will discuss in detail and collaborate to create the storyline, music and vision that you have.

FULL LENGTH EDIT OF PERFORMANCES, SPEECHES AND WEDDING CEREMONY
Everything is important on your wedding day. We will edit your wedding ceremony and reception performances in it’s entirety. Cutting between all the camera, angles and mixing audio. That means you are able to have your full wedding ceremony – from beginning to end. And the Reception – all the speeches, toasts, and special dances. (Delivered in 1080 resolution)

RAW FILES:
Your raw footage consists of all unedited/raw clips we shot that day, these are "as-is" videos with no color grading or editing, straight from cameras.
Raw footage gives you the option down the road to do what you want with those clips. If you decide in the future you want to invest in a highlight video edit of just your reception, or a new video made for your anniversary, or anything, you will have the possibility to get that made with these files.

How will you create my wedding film?
It’s so important for me to know the vision of your wedding film. I want to deliver a film you will completely love and will cherish for the many years to come. We will schedule a wedding film consultation call where I would like to get to know your story and a walkthrough of the events and celebrations that will take place. We will discus the vibe and feel you want, the music you like to incorporate and important highlights that you want to emphasize. The main purpose of our consultation is so that I get to know you and so that I can feature the moments and pieces that are most important to you.

How long does it take to get my wedding film?
We spend time in creating and editing your cinematic film and it does take a long process. We spend time editing, color grading on each of our films, making sure they are just perfect before sending them out to you.

1-2 weeks turn around of your social media reel
1 month for Couple Session/Engagement Films
3-4 months for Wedding Films

How are payments like and how do I secure my date?

Payment Plan 1:
50% Retainer when contract is signed
50% One month prior to wedding date

Payment Plan 2:
30% (retainer fee) when contract is signed
Equal monthly payments can be made by credit card, debit card, checks or online bank transfer.
Full balance due 1 month prior to wedding date

I’m interested payment plan, what should I do?
We offer payment plans for all our wedding collections. Contact us at info@catherinevargas.com if you are interested to setup a payment plan. Full balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Do you travel to other states or outside the U.S.?
Yes, we do travel to other states or international destinations. Please send us an email to info@catherinevargas.com, with more details about your wedding location to give you a quote.

What will I receive?You will receive your films via Digital delivery (Mediazilla/Youtube) and 1TB Hard Drive of your RAW files.

Ready to book? How do I reserve my date/s?
Contact me by phone or email with the collection you are interested in and the payment plan you choose. You will receive an email with your Invoice to pay the retainer fee and Contract. Once both steps are done, that will complete the reservation of your wedding date/s. If you opt for payment plans, you will receive monthly Invoices via email.
